Today's earrings can be summed up in one words: gears!
When deciding what to make today, I decided to do something a bit off-brand by playing around with a more steampunk design. After all, I have approximately a gazillion of those gears--it's nice to put them to good use!
As for the other parts of these earrings: the tidbits of chain were leftover from another project, and I made the earwires specially to match.
After my simpler designs so far this month, it was fun to go all out and make something dramatic. And yes, these are definitely dramatic! (Surprisingly lightweight, though, and quite comfortable to wear. Just saying. *grin*)
