Today has been a wonderfully happy day.

...What made today so special?

Nothing, really...  It was quite ordinary.  I worked on my store, I went grocery shopping with my best friend, I actually remembered to put dinner in the crockpot (bonus for actually turning the crockpot on!), I drank morning coffee with my husband.

But in all its ordinary, run-of-the-mill mundanity, it was lovely and familiar and happy.

...And, as I get ready to go to bed, I realize that I am utterly content.
