Create Everyday Challenge: Day 9

Day 9 is here!

Today, I drew out some pretty multi-colored leaves from my Bag of Goodies:

You can't quite tell, but there are two in that little baggie. 

I briefly toyed with making one of them a pendant, but since I've been having so much fun making earrings, I thought I'd stick with that.

This is what I ended up making:

Those faceted glass beads? I actually just happened to have them on my beading mat. When I was trying to decide what to make, I looked down and saw them. It's like it was meant to be! (This is also why I happen to have a little pile of leftover/discarded beads in the corner of my bead mat... so little serendipities like this can happen.)

I enjoy these earrings... I'm a sucker for that multi-color iris finish, and these make me smile.
