Wonder and Whimsy Monthly Challenge - January Edition

Contrary to what you might be thinking, I have not forgotten about this month's Wonder and Whimsy Monthly Challenge!

...I just haven't gotten a chance to introduce it yet, with everything else that's been going on. (Muffin Tin Challenge? Check! Buying a ping pong table and a treadmill? Check! Finding a place to put said ping pong table and treadmill? Check! Organizing my craft room? Check! Fighting off the January-crud? ...Still working on that one.)

But I'm here now, and I'm excited to share January's challenge! And this is what it looks like:

What is that, you ask?

Two words: Christmas presents!

...I truly love my family. I ask for beads for Christmas, and they give me beads for Christmas! How cool is that? :)

And so, that's what my challenge is going to be for this month... to make something using my Christmas-present beads! (Although, really, I use the word challenge loosely... This is going to be a lot of fun!)

Come back on Friday, January 27th to see what I end up making!

Until then, have a great day, everyone!

  1. So is this a challenge you have set for yourself? or have you ever thought of inviting others to play along like I do for my hubby's Honey Do List? Could be fun! I'm actually planning on using a few of my Christmas beads in one of my Honey Do pieces! :)

    1. Woo-hoo, thank you for your comment! :) To answer your question, my Wonder and Whimsy Monthly Challenge actually started off just as a challenge for myself (I started it over 2 years ago, ha!), but recently I've been trying to come up with challenges others can easily join if they'd like. So yes, please feel free to play along! I'll even try to figure out how to add a linky thing at the bottom (like you do!) if you're interested. :)

    2. Oh! Other information: I try to post the challenge by the 10th of the month, and have the reveal on the last Friday.
